4. Offline Operation

The App operates completely offline:

• No audio data is transmitted
• Works without internet connection
• Presets are saved locally
• Full features available offline if subscription is active

5. Subscription Verification

Subscription verification works as follows:

• Online: Real-time verification via App Store Connect API
• Offline: Verification using locally cached expiration date
• Expired: Automatically reverts to free version limitations

6. Data Storage

All data is stored locally on your device:

• Preset settings
• Subscription expiration date (cached)
• User settings

7. Third-Party Sharing

The App does not share collected information with third parties. Subscription information is processed only through App Store Connect.
